What I collect
Two things, and that's it. When you submit a form on this site, I collect the fields you filled in: name, email, a description of your project, and a few optional bits like industry, budget range, timeline, and how you found me. I also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people visit. It's cookieless, aggregate-only, and doesn't know who you are.
What I don't do
This is the shorter list and the more important one. I don't run tracking cookies. No marketing pixels, no Facebook tag, no Google Analytics, no ad networks. I don't sell or share your data. I don't have a newsletter list you'll end up on by accident. There's no cookie banner because there are no cookies to warn you about.
Form submissions
When you send a brief or book a call, the data you submit is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and used for one thing: so I can reply to you. I use Resend to deliver the email that lands in my inbox, and Cloudflare Turnstile to keep the spam out. Submissions are retained for 90 days, then automatically purged by a scheduled Cloudflare Worker. If we end up working together, I'll keep the project-related correspondence in my normal email — same as any other client thread.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless, aggregate only. I can see things like "the /work page had 42 visits this week" and "most people came from direct traffic." I cannot see who you are, I cannot follow you around the internet, and there's nothing to opt out of because there's nothing tracking you.
Your rights
Email me and I'll delete, correct, or export anything I have on you. No form, no ticket system — just get in touch and I'll handle it personally.
